CASTING MOLD DRYER

About the project

I designed and fabricated a mold drying system used in metal casting processes. My work focused on the mechanical aspects of the project, starting from creating detailed 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks to preparing manufacturing drawings for production.

I was responsible for the full workshop implementation, including cutting sheet metal, welding the structural frame, drilling, and assembling all mechanical components. I ensured that the final product matched the design specifications and was structurally stable and functional.

Additionally, I considered key engineering factors such as heat distribution, material selection, and thermal insulation to enhance the system’s performance and reliability.
