About the project

This was my graduation project in mechanical engineering, where I designed and fabricated a functional bending machine for composite panels made of aluminum and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with different angles e.g. 45°,75 °, 90 ° or 120 ° , etc.

I developed a complete 3D CAD model of the machine using SolidWorks, including all mechanical parts, assemblies and fabricated the machine in a workshop environment. the project included 3D modeling, material selection, manufacturing processes, and final assembly.

In addition to the design, I was responsible for the fabrication and assembly of the machine, ensuring proper functionality and performance. the machine was tested to achieve accurate and efficient bending with good structural stability.

I also created detailed 2D Drawings for fabrication and assembly purposes. the final design is optimized for performance, durability, and ease of use in industrial applications.
