In this project, a visibility analysis of a coffee and juice truck business has been performed with
the goals of defining the business's mission, examining the demand for those two trucks, locating
the owners' available budget, and deciding where the truck will be parked. Using the interest rate,
a chart to illustrate the amount of interest the owner would pay the bank, and a flow chart graphic
for simple interest, the computation for the bank loan has thus been completed. Next, using the
cost estimation method, all required equipment quantities and costs were listed in the initial cost
table. By examining the selling prices and calculating the annual revenue and earnings, the value
of beginning this firm is also being discussed. In order to compare and select the best option among
the two options, a break-even analysis approach was used. This method revealed that the future
worth of comparison was the best analytical tool for our project. We have together used the most
different kinds of analyses that will ultimately help the project. Without a guarantee of success and
expansion, we cannot move forward. As a result, we can see that this project was incredibly
educational because it taught us how to start a new firm, obtain loans, make deposits, research
projects to replace machinery or equipment, and do many other financial operations. In conclusion,
the importance of this course (engineering economy and costing) may be summed up by the fact
that it has a big impact on our daily lives and aids in our understanding of financial actions.
