A private clinic owner was losing hours every week to WhatsApp chaos — manually confirming bookings, chasing payments, updating spreadsheets at midnight.

I built a system that handles all of it: an AI assistant answers clients in Arabic or English, books sessions, and when a client sends an InstaPay screenshot, GPT-4 Vision reads it, validates the amount, and notifies the doctor to confirm in one tap.

Once confirmed, the client record, session, and payment are logged automatically — zero manual entry.

Stack: n8n, WhatsApp, Cal.com, Twenty CRM, Grok-4.1 Flash, Docker.
