API implementation

one of my clients asked me to build a system that do the following:

- he is a doctor and has a system that writes prescriptions (PDF) files to patients

- he needs a system to send the PDF files to patients that have PDF to send, on whats-app

this what i have done with Fast-API so it is a lot faster than other programing languages
