SNP Data Cleaning, Labeling & Preparation for Machine Learning

I worked on a large SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) dataset related to Esophagus Cancer.

The original file contained thousands of rows with genetic variant data that required extensive cleaning, structuring, and labeling before it could be used in statistical analysis or machine learning models.

This project required strong attention to detail, understanding of biological data formats, and the ability to prepare high-quality datasets suitable for computational modeling.
