Medical Data Cleaning & Data Mining for Esophageal Cancer Dataset

In this project, I was responsible for data cleaning, preprocessing, and data mining for a large multi-modal medical dataset (SNPs + clinical data + histopathology information).

The goal of the project was to prepare high-quality, analysis-ready data for machine learning models used in the diagnosis and prediction of esophageal cancer.
