A UX redesign case study for the inDrive mobile application focused on identifying usability issues and improving the overall user experience through Heuristic Evaluation methods. The project included analyzing user pain points, evaluating interface consistency, improving navigation flow, and redesigning key screens using Figma.

Worked on creating user flows, wireframes, and modern UI solutions that enhance usability, reduce user confusion, and provide a smoother booking and ride-request experience while maintaining a clean and user-friendly interface.
