This project is an intelligent CRM automation system that integrates artificial intelligence with communication and sales management tools to improve the speed and efficiency of handling potential customers.

The system works by receiving messages from Telegram, after which AI analyzes them and understands the customer’s intent (whether they are interested or ready to purchase). The data is then converted into a structured format using a JSON parser to ensure accurate processing and prevent errors.

After analysis, the system is directly connected to a CRM (Zoho CRM), where it automatically:

* Creates a new Lead if the customer is a potential prospect

* Records customer data and their interest description

* Creates a Deal if the customer is ready to purchase

* Automatically tracks sales stages within the CRM

This integration between AI and CRM allows daily conversations to be transformed into real sales opportunities without manual intervention, saving time, increasing the conversion rate, and making customer management smarter and more organized.
