As the pace of technological advancement continues to accelerate, the need for efficient and
effective management of academic resources has become more crucial than ever. Particularly
in the context of higher education, graduation projects represent a wealth of knowledge and
innovation that, if managed correctly, can significantly benefit the academic community.
This report outlines the development of a novel web-based platform designed to centralize
and streamline the management, sharing, and collaboration of graduation projects across
different departments in an educational institution. The system has been specifically
engineered to meet the unique requirements and challenges posed by managing graduation
projects, with a keen focus on user experience, collaboration, and accessibility.
This platform is not only a repository of graduation projects, but it also serves as a platform
for facilitating communication and feedback amongst students, teachers, and administrators.
This facilitates the exchange of ideas and knowledge, encouraging a collaborative learning
environment that extends beyond the confines of the classroom.
The report details the journey we undertook in developing the platform – from understanding
the problem and gathering requirements, through to the design and development stages, and
finally, to the testing and deployment of the system.
By providing a comprehensive and efficient platform for managing and sharing graduation
projects, we aim to enhance the learning experience for students, simplify the management
process for administrators, and foster an environment that encourages knowledge sharing and
collaboration. Through this project, we aim to make a meaningful contribution to the
academic community and look forward to the system's future developments.
