DECI/MCIT Content Automation Pipeline

The DECI program under Egypt's MCIT needed detailed curriculum

documents for two training tracks. The process relied on 8 Subject

Matter Experts and took 1–2 weeks per cycle.

I built an automation pipeline using Make, Gemini API, Google Sheets,

and Google Docs that assembled formatted documents automatically.

Result: same output produced in a few hours. Manpower requirement

dropped by 50%.
