Star Union is a high-performance web application where I played a lead role across the entire development lifecycle. My work bridged the gap between aesthetics and functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience from the UI to the server side.

Key Responsibilities & Contributions:

UI/UX Design: Crafted the visual identity and layout of the platform, focusing on a modern, intuitive, and responsive design that ensures usability across all device types.

Frontend Development: Translated complex designs into clean, functional code using modern frameworks. I focused on building reusable components and maintaining a consistent design system.

Backend Integration: Managed the end-to-end integration of APIs and server-side logic. I ensured that data flow between the frontend and the database was secure, efficient, and reliable.

Performance Optimization: A core focus of my contribution was speed and efficiency. I implemented advanced performance techniques, including code splitting, asset optimization, and lazy loading, resulting in fast load times and a high Core Web Vitals score.

Full-Stack Ownership: Handled the deployment process and environment configuration, ensuring the application is robust and scalable.
