Quiz Room – Desktop Exam Monitoring System

Quiz Room is a desktop application designed to conduct secure online quizzes for students. Teachers can upload quizzes to the system, and students can take exams through the application.

During the exam session, the system automatically records the student’s screen to reduce cheating and ensure exam integrity. The recorded video is uploaded to a web platform where instructors can review the student’s activity, evaluate answers, assign grades, and provide detailed feedback.

Students can later access their results and feedback through the application.

Quiz Room هو تطبيق سطح مكتب يتيح للطلاب أداء الاختبارات (الكويزات) التي يقوم المدرس برفعها على النظام.

أثناء أداء الامتحان، يقوم التطبيق بتسجيل شاشة الطالب بشكل تلقائي بهدف تقليل الغش وضمان النزاهة الأكاديمية. يتم رفع الفيديو المسجل إلى موقع إلكتروني خاص بالمنصة، بحيث يستطيع المدرس مراجعة أداء الطالب، تصحيح الإجابات، وإعطاء الدرجة والتقييم النهائي.

يمكن للطالب بعد ذلك الدخول على التطبيق لمعرفة النتيجة والتغذية الراجعة (Feedback).
