This project delivers a fully segmented network infrastructure designed for a mid-scale hotel, built to ensure security, performance, and departmental isolation across all hotel operations.
The network is divided into four dedicated zones:
Reception Zone — Wired workstations handling guest check-in/check-out operations
Guest Zone — Secure wireless access for hotel guests, fully isolated from internal systems
Restaurant Zone — POS terminals for cashier and order management
Management Zone — Private network for HR, Accounting, and Management with access to the internal server
A Core Switch acts as the backbone, connecting all departments through trunk links, while a central router manages traffic flow between zones and provides internet access through a web server gateway.
The design enforces strict traffic isolation between departments — guests can never reach internal management systems, and restaurant terminals operate independently from reception.
This project reflects real-world hospitality IT infrastructure, covering network segmentation, secure wireless deployment, centralized server access, and scalable design ready for expansion across additional hotel floors or branches.
