Provided comprehensive planning services for a school construction project, covering site works, structural, architectural, and MEP phases. Developed a fully logic-linked master schedule in Primavera P6 with activity codes assigned at project level for filtering and reporting. Delivered bi-weekly lookahead schedules, progress narratives, and milestone tracking reports. Built a Power BI reporting suite presenting EVM metrics, manpower histograms, and work package completion rates — enabling the client and site team to monitor performance in real time.
