Led the planning and controls function for a multi-story residential building project. Responsibilities included baseline schedule development, resource and cost loading, and monthly schedule updates with variance analysis. Produced executive summary reports and detailed progress reports aligned with contract requirements. Designed Power BI dashboards integrating schedule and cost data, displaying SPI/CPI trends, forecasted completion dates, and earned value analysis curves — providing stakeholders with clear visibility into project health and forecasted outcomes.
