Residential Villa Construction

Managed full planning and scheduling scope for a residential villa project from pre-construction through handover. Deliverables included a detailed baseline schedule developed in Primavera P6 with activity coding, resource loading, and critical path analysis. Produced weekly and monthly progress reports tracking physical progress against baseline, along with an interactive Power BI dashboard covering schedule performance index (SPI), cost performance index (CPI), earned value curves (S-Curves), and lookahead reports. Also prepared delay analysis documentation and maintained schedule updates throughout the project lifecycle.
