- Developed RESTful API with JWT auth, RBAC (Spatie Permissions), and multi-guard support (Admin/User).

- Built case management system with multi-service support, assignment, status tracking, and urgency flags.

- Integrated Stripe payments, automated monthly invoicing (PDF via DomPDF), VAT, and USD/AED support.

- Implemented real-time chat, Pusher notifications, diagnostic reports, and tiered commission system.
