The key feature: when entering data, you only need to provide two inputs:

Item Name (Column C)

Either In or Out quantity

All other fields and calculations are generated dynamically using Google Sheets formulas and Pivot Tables, ensuring accuracy and saving time.

The system includes:

Bilingual Item Master List (English–Arabic).

Transaction Log for tracking all stock movements.

Dynamic Stock Card that auto-updates balances and alerts reorder points.

Print-ready templates such as Goods Received Note (GRN).

Print-ready templates such as Store Issue Voucher (SIV).

Interactive Dashboard with KPIs and charts (Safe, Reorder, Out of Stock).

نظام إكسيل ديناميكي–تفاعلي لإدارة المخازن والمخزون (Dynamic-Interactive Inventory Management System)

تم تصميمه ليكون أداة عملية واحترافية لإدارة المخزون بدون الحاجة إلى أي نظام ERP خارجي.

الميزة الأساسية للنظام أنه عند إدخال البيانات يكفي إضافة معلومتين فقط:

اسم الصنف (Column C)

الكمية الواردة أو المنصرفة (In/Out)

وباقي الأعمدة والنتائج يتم توليدها تلقائيًا باستخدام معادلات Google Sheets و Pivot Tables، مما يوفر الوقت ويقلل الأخطاء.

النظام يشمل:

قائمة رئيسية للأصناف ثنائية اللغة.

سجل الحركات لتتبع جميع عمليات الوارد والصادر.

كارت مخزون تفاعلي يحسب الأرصدة ويظهر التنبيهات.

قوالب جاهزة للطباعة مثل إذن استلام البضاعة (GRN).

قوالب جاهزة للطباعة مثل إذن صرف البضاعة (SIV).

لوحة تحكم تفاعلية تعرض مؤشرات الأداء والرسوم البيانية (آمن، إعادة طلب، منتهي).
