Designed and developed a high-performance custom PCB for a 3D Scanning System, acting as the central control unit for seamless integration of mechanical, electronic, and sensing components.

The board is built around the ESP32, enabling efficient processing and reliable Wi-Fi communication for real-time control and data acquisition. It supports precise control of DC motors through dedicated driver interfaces, ensuring accurate and synchronized motion of the scanning mechanism.

The PCB was engineered using EasyEDA, from schematic capture to production-ready Gerber files, with a strong focus on power integrity, signal integrity, and electromagnetic noise reduction. The design incorporates optimized routing, proper grounding techniques, and decoupling strategies to ensure stable operation under varying load conditions.

The design was validated through simulation using Proteus, reducing potential design flaws and ensuring robust real-world performance.

This project highlights strong capabilities in PCB design, embedded systems, and full system integration, delivering a scalable and reliable solution for complex industrial applications.
