I’ve spent the last few weeks diving deep into a project that has completely changed how I look at retail data. I wanted to build something that doesn't just sit on a shelf, but actually helps a business owner sleep better at night.

What I’ve learned during this build:
It’s easy to celebrate "high sales," but the real magic (and sometimes the scary truth) is in the margins.
I focused on answering the tough questions:
• "Which products are actually losing us money?" (The ones hiding behind high sales volume).
• "Is our fastest shipping mode actually killing our profit?"
• "What does the next year look like?" I used AI forecasting to take the guesswork out of the next 6 months.
Data Source & Attribution:
The insights in this dashboard are based on the Retail Sales Forecasting dataset available on Kaggle. I am grateful to the data community for providing such high-quality benchmarks for professional development.
