Project Title: Kuber – Localized Taxi & Logistics Solution

Role: Lead Developer & UI/UX Designer

### ? The Challenge

In many regions of Kurdistan, traditional ride-hailing apps are either unavailable or too expensive for local drivers. The goal was to create a lightweight, high-performance mobile application that connects passengers directly with local drivers in Halabja without the heavy overhead of international platforms.

### ?️ The Solution (Tech Stack)

Frontend: Built with Flutter for a smooth, cross-platform experience (iOS & Android).

Backend: Leveraged Supabase for real-time database management and authentication, keeping infrastructure costs at zero.

Design: Designed a "premium" dark-themed UI to give the app a modern, high-end feel.

Real-time Communication: Direct chat integration between users and admins for instant booking.

Location Intelligence: Manual and automated location sharing for precise pickups.

Dynamic Transparency: Upfront package details and scrolling message updates for users.

Privacy-First: Secure data handling with no unauthorized media access.

### ? The Result

Successfully deployed to the Google Play Store, providing a reliable, localized alternative for transportation in Halabja. The project demonstrated my ability to build a full-scale MVP (Minimum Viable Product) from scratch with a focus on regional needs and scalable architecture.
