A three-story Mixed-Use Commercial & Administrative Hub characterized by sweeping horizontal planes and softened curvilinear edges. The building utilizes a "layered" concept, where each floor acts as a floating slab, creating a dynamic interplay between indoor spaces and outdoor terraces.

​1. Fluidity and Massing

​Curvilinear Geometry: By eliminating sharp 90-degree corners, the building achieves a natural "flow" that guides the eye and feels more inviting to pedestrians.

​Extensive Cantilevers: The bold slab projections provide functional shading for the glass facades and create generous outdoor terraces, which are essential for high-end cafes and premium office lounges.

​2. Materiality & Transparency

​Full-Height Glazing: The use of floor-to-ceiling glass maximizes natural light and ensures a seamless visual connection between the interior activities and the street.

​Tactile Contrast: The combination of smooth light-colored concrete/stone with warm wood cladding on the soffits (ceilings) creates a balanced palette that feels both modern and cozy.
