Floor Plan Overview: Luxury Beauty & Spa Center

I designed this comprehensive floor plan for a high-end Beauty & Spa Center, covering a total area of 150 sqm. My primary focus was to create a luxurious environment that ensures a seamless operational flow while maintaining maximum privacy for clients.Key Design Highlights:Zonal Layout: The space is strategically divided into specialized departments: a high-capacity Hair Styling section, a dedicated Nail & Pedicure wing featuring marble platforms, and a quiet zone for Massage and Skincare.The Welcome Experience: The entrance leads to a central hall featuring a modern, curved illuminated reception counter and comfortable waiting lounges, designed to provide an immediate sense of hospitality.Private Treatment Suites: I included a large Massage Room (20sqm) with a private ensuite bathroom, alongside two specialized Skincare rooms, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere away from the busier salon areas.Efficiency & Support: The plan incorporates professional hair-wash stations with optimized plumbing, a staff kitchenette, and a large storage/staff room to maintain a clutter-free environment.Architectural Details: Use of decorative arches and a central corridor system to enhance the aesthetic appeal and organize movement within the center.
