The goal was to solve a recurring bottleneck in B2B content marketing: the company generates a large volume of expert material — project notes, case studies, internal research, client deliverables — but turning that raw material into social media posts consistently and at scale required significant manual effort. A single post could take 1–2 hours from material review to final draft, and the process depended entirely on one person's availability and context.

I built a Claude Skill — a structured, multi-step content workflow that accepts any unstructured input (transcripts, notes, case studies, raw docs) and produces platform-adapted posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. The skill runs an iterative process: it extracts key value from the source material, identifies the right audience and message angle, selects a post structure, builds a writing plan, and validates each step with the user before producing the final output. The posts follow documented copywriting rules and are aligned with the company's business goals.

This workflow reduced post production time from 1–2 hours to approximately 10 minutes per post, while improving consistency of messaging and alignment with business objectives. The skill also eliminated the need to brief a separate copywriter on context each time.
