The goal was to speed up the production of short-form video creatives for paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok. The traditional process required significant manual work across scripting, visual development, editing, and revisions, often taking up to 10 hours for a single video.

I built a node-based AI workflow for fast video creative production. The process starts with generating a video concept and script using a master prompt in ChatGPT. Then the script is broken down into six scenes. For each scene, the workflow generates a prompt for a starting image, which is then turned into a short video segment. The final six scenes are combined in CapCut, where subtitles and final edits are added.

This workflow reduced production time to around 30 minutes per video, with a direct cost of about $0–5 per creative. It made it possible to produce ad creatives much faster, test more ideas, and reduce dependency on manual production resources.
