Telecom Operations ERP System

Designed and developed a full-stack ERP platform for telecom service operations, enabling end-to-end management of multiple complex projects. The system centralizes project tracking, workflow management, user hierarchies, and reporting, providing full operational visibility.

Built with React, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and Docker, with a scalable architecture and a well-structured database ensuring performance and data integrity. Implemented a role-based access control system supporting multiple user types (admins, managers, coordinators, HR, and clients).

Deployed and stabilized in a legacy on-premise environment with undocumented configurations by reverse-engineering the infrastructure and ensuring production reliability.
