Developed an interactive HR dashboard using Power BI to analyze and visualize employee data and support HR decision-making. The dashboard provides insights into key HR metrics such as employee distribution, attrition rate, hiring trends, and department performance.
Performed data cleaning and preprocessing using Excel and SQL to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Designed clear and dynamic visualizations including charts, KPIs, and filters to allow users to explore data by department, job role, and time period.
