The project is an administrative mall located in Obour City, divided into five separate buildings due to the large total width exceeding 300 meters, ensuring better structural performance and control of thermal expansion effects.

The slabs were designed considering thermal loads, with column spacing ranging between 6 and 10 meters.

The mall consists of 5 floors without planted column , achieving uniform structural distribution and efficient space utilization.
