This is a full-featured Healthcare Appointment & Home Visit System designed to connect patients with doctors and nurses in an efficient and structured way.

The platform allows users to register and log in securely, then browse available doctors and book appointments based on real-time availability. Once a time slot is booked, it becomes automatically unavailable for other users to prevent double booking.

A key feature of the system is the dynamic medical intake form, which changes based on the selected provider type. Patients are presented with tailored questions depending on whether they are consulting a doctor or a nurse, allowing for more accurate pre-visit information collection. Users can also add notes alongside their responses to better describe their condition.

The system supports home visit requests, enabling patients to request a doctor or nurse to visit them at their location.

On the admin side, there is a dedicated management dashboard where administrators can add and manage doctors, assign their locations, and control system data efficiently. Doctors have their own controlled access to view appointments and related patient information.

The platform is built with a focus on scalability, clean architecture, and user experience, ensuring smooth interaction between patients, doctors, and administrators.
