Project Title: Acrow HSE Performance Dashboard & Data Migration

Overview:

A multi-page Power BI dashboard designed to track corporate health and safety metrics. This project involved upgrading the data architecture by migrating legacy EHS Excel sheets into a centralized SQL database for dynamic reporting.

Key Highlights:

Safety KPIs: Visualized critical metrics like LDSR (Lost Days Severity Rate) and LCIR (Lost Case Incident Rate) using radial charts and trend lines.

In-Depth Analysis: Dedicated views separating Leading indicators (e.g., training hours) from Lagging indicators (e.g., occupational lost days).

Interactive Facility Map: Created a custom spatial visual to monitor and filter safety scores dynamically across different factory zones and warehouses.

Data Engineering: Transformed raw, decentralized tracking files into a structured SQL data warehouse to ensure seamless and reliable dashboard updates.
