I also analyzed the weaknesses, including high prices compared to competitors and expensive maintenance and spare parts.

In addition, I explored potential opportunities for BMW, such as the growing demand for electric vehicles and the increasing interest in luxury cars worldwide. Finally, I examined the main threats facing the company, including strong competition from brands like Mercedes and logistical challenges related to the transportation of spare parts.

This analysis helped me better understand BMW’s strategic position in the automotive market and how internal and external factors can impact its performance.
