From concept to completion – a full BIM-driven architectural workflow.
These images showcase a project I developed entirely from A to Z, starting from massing studies and site integration, moving through full detailed BIM modeling, and finally reaching a complete architectural vision.
? Phase 1 – Massing & Site Strategy
The process began by understanding the plot geometry, vehicular movement, levels, and constraints. I developed the base podium, circulation, and urban edges to ensure that the tower sits naturally within its context and maximizes GFA efficiency.
? Phase 2 – Full BIM Modeling (Revit)
After locking the concept, I moved into full parametric modeling on Revit:
• Complete architectural layout for typical floors
• Podium & parking structure coordination
• Accurate façade edges and curvature
• Vertical core, shafts, and structural logic
This stage ensured that every decision is measurable, clash-free, and ready for multidisciplinary coordination.
? Phase 3 – Architectural Expression & Façade Logic
With the volumetric system established, I refined the envelope to create a modern flowing façade inspired by movement and transparency. The lower podium expresses a dynamic sculpted form, while the tower rises with a clean vertical rhythm.
