2024 Hajj & Umrah Insights Dashboard | Power BI

Built a two-part Power BI dashboard for Hajj 2024 pilgrim data in collaboration with Vision 2030 and Riyadh Expo 2030 themes.

Dashboard 1 — Pilgrim Demographics: Analyzed 1.8 million pilgrims across gender, arrival methods, internal vs external distribution, and country-level breakdown including the Makkah Route Initiative.

Dashboard 2 — Crowd Management: Tracked crowd density levels, average movement speed, transport waiting times across Car, Bus, Train, and Walking modes, incident types by density level, and monthly temperature trends.

Delivered clean, interactive, and filterable reports designed for decision-makers and operations teams.
