Inventory Dashboard

Built a dashboard to monitor inventory and operational efficiency using key metrics such as average lead time, order accuracy (91.3%), and inventory turnover (DIO). Included warehouse utilization tracking and category-level lead time analysis to identify inefficiencies in stock flow and storage usage.

The dashboard analyzes transportation cost by supplier, geographic sales distribution, and order status (fulfilled, pending, canceled) to highlight cost drivers and service gaps. It supports decisions on inventory optimization, supplier cost control, and improving fulfillment performance.
