طورت منصة Operations متعددة المؤسسات (Multi-Tenant) مخصصة لبيئات B2B من الصفر، وتوليت تنفيذ الواجهة الأمامية والخلفية والتصميم بهدف إنشاء نظام يجعل سير العمل اليومي للفرق أكثر تنظيمًا، وقابلية للتوسع، وكفاءة.

تدعم المنصة إدارة عدة شركات داخل نفس النظام مع عزل كامل للبيانات، بالإضافة إلى نظام صلاحيات يحدد وصول كل مستخدم، وإدارة تذاكر الدعم، ومتابعة العملاء والطلبات، والتكامل مع Stripe، والتحديثات اللحظية، وإدارة الحوادث مع صفحة حالة عامة، وبوابة خاصة للعملاء، ولوحات تقارير، وسجل تدقيق لمتابعة العمليات الحساسة.

تم تطويرها باستخدام Next.js وReact وTypeScript وSupabase وJWT وPasskeys (WebAuthn) وTanStack Table وRecharts، إلى جانب اختبارات Unit وE2E.

كان تركيزي على بناء منتج سريع، منظم، قابل للتوسع، مع صلاحيات واضحة، وتدفق بيانات سلس، وتجربة استخدام مصقولة في جميع جوانب المنصة.

I developed a complete multi-tenant B2B Operations platform from the ground up, handling frontend, backend, and design to create a system that makes daily team workflows more organized, scalable, and efficient.

The platform supports multiple companies within one system with full data isolation, role-based access control, support ticket management, customer and order tracking, Stripe payment integration, realtime updates, incident management with a public status page, a customer portal, reporting dashboards, and audit logs for sensitive actions.

Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase, JWT, Passkeys (WebAuthn), TanStack Table, Recharts, plus Unit and E2E testing.

My focus was building a fast, clean, and scalable product with solid permissions, smooth data flow, and a polished user experience across every side of the platform.
