Hospital Records Analysis

This project presents a comprehensive analysis of hospital patient records for the year 2019, covering a total of 403 cases — 69 deaths (17.1%) and 334 survivors (82.9%). The dashboard tracks monthly mortality rates, month-over-month growth rates, cumulative death trends, and patient risk classification (High / Low). It is designed to help medical and administrative teams identify temporal mortality patterns and make data-driven decisions to enhance healthcare quality.
