Built a comprehensive end-to-end analytics solution to monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and product insights using Power BI.
The project involved extracting and transforming raw data from multiple sources (Excel-based datasets including Sales, Returns, Customers, and Products), followed by designing a robust star schema data model consisting of fact and dimension tables.
Implemented data cleaning, transformation, and integration processes using Power Query, including handling missing values, merging datasets, standardizing schemas, and optimizing data types.
Developed key business metrics using DAX such as Revenue, Profit, Gross Margin (GM%), Average Order Value (AOV), and Customer Purchase Behavior.
Created interactive dashboards to support business decision-making:
Revenue Analysis (trend, monthly performance, regional breakdown)
Product Analysis (price segmentation, top-performing products, returns analysis)
Customer Analysis (churn trends, order frequency, customer segmentation)
