ABC Loyalty Program App is a comprehensive loyalty and rewards mobile application designed for a major shopping mall in

Lebanon. The app allows users to earn points on purchases, track their membership status across multiple tiers (Bronze, Quartz),

and redeem rewards from various mall retailers.

My role encompassed the end-to-end UX/UI design, including user research, wireframing, visual design, and the creation of a

complete Arabic RTL (Right-to-Left) interface to serve the local audience.
