I conducted user research to understand key pain points such as fake listings and inefficient search.

I designed user flows, wireframes, and information architecture to create a simple, location-based experience that helps users find nearby apartments easily and quickly.

My focus was on reducing friction, improving trust, and making the journey from search to booking smooth and intuitive.
