We built a multi-model architecture to compare different machine learning approaches. The app allows users to switch between three different "AI Experts":

? The Specialist (Deep Learning): A PyTorch EfficientNet-B3 model fine-tuned on the PlantVillage dataset for state-of-the-art image classification.

?️ The Pattern Seeker (Custom NN): A Neural Network built entirely from scratch using NumPy, operating on 1,536 visual features extracted via Transfer Learning and compressed using PCA.

? The Statistician (GMM): A Probabilistic Gaussian Mixture Model that groups mathematical feature clusters to diagnose the plant's health.

Built with Python and deployed via Streamlit, LeafLens bridges the gap between complex machine learning and accessible agricultural technology.
