Performed manual testing and API testing for the Demoblaze e-commerce website and Bosta shipment tracking API as part of a QC Engineer assessment. Identified and documented multiple functional and performance issues using structured bug reports.

The work included:

Testing web application features such as checkout, forms, cart, and media playback.

Validating input fields and system validations.

Performing API testing using Postman for shipment tracking endpoints.

Verifying HTTP responses, error handling, and response time requirements.

Documenting bugs with severity levels, steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, environment details, and screenshots.

Conducting cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox on Windows 11).

The testing uncovered issues related to:

Incorrect system behavior and missing validations.

API returning incorrect responses for valid tracking numbers.

Performance issues where API response time exceeded the required threshold.
