Developed a cross-platform mobile app using Flutter and website as part of a smart waste management

system supporting the Zero Waste initiative.

The system integrates IoT sensors and an AI model to identify waste materials and automate bin control.

Key Responsibilities & Features:

Designed and implemented role-based access for Admin, Worker, and User.

Enabled users to locate nearby smart bins and authenticate disposal via QR code scanning.

Integrated with IoT-enabled smart bins that open/close automatically based on sensor input

and waste classification.

Applied an AI-trained model to detect waste material types in real-time.

Built a points & rewards system to gamify waste disposal and encourage user engagement.

Designed the app’s UI/UX using Figma for a clean, user-friendly experience.

Admin dashboard allows monitoring of bin status and system data via mobile/web.
