تطبيق متكامل للمطاعم وخدمات التوصيل (Mataim App)
تطبيق شامل ومتكامل يربط بين المطاعم والعملاء وشركات التوصيل في منصة واحدة، تم تطويره باستخدام أحدث التقنيات لتقديم تجربة مستخدم سلسة ومميزة.
يتكون المشروع من أربعة تطبيقات رئيسية متكاملة. تطبيق العملاء الذي يمكن المستخدمين من استعراض المطاعم والمنيو بشكل تفاعلي، وإضافة العروض والوجبات للسلة مع إمكانية التعديل، وتتبع الطلب مباشر على الخريطة في الوقت الفعلي، ونظام إشعارات متكامل لحالات الطلب، وتقييم المطاعم والطلبات السابقة، ومحادثة مباشرة مع المطعم وسائق التوصيل، بالإضافة إلى نظام نقاط ومكافآت للعملاء.
أما تطبيق المطاعم فيوفر لوحة تحكم متكاملة لإدارة الطلبات الواردة، وتحديث حالات الطلب مثل قيد التحضير، جاهز، تم التسليم، وإدارة المنيو والوجبات والعروض، وإشعارات فورية عند وصول طلب جديد، ومحادثة مع العملاء وسائقي التوصيل، بالإضافة إلى تقارير وإحصائيات المبيعات.
تطبيق سائقي التوصيل يمكنهم من استقبال طلبات التوصيل حسب الموقع، وتحديث الحالة مثل تم الاستلام، في الطريق، تم التوصيل، ونظام GPS متكامل لتحديد الموقع، وعرض المسار الأمثل على الخريطة، ومحادثة مع المطعم والعميل، وحساب الأرباح اليومية.
أما لوحة التحكم الإدارية فتمكن من إدارة المطاعم والسائقين والعملاء، ونظام عمولة لكل طلب، وتقارير متقدمة عن الأداء، وإدارة العروض والخصومات.
تم تطوير التطبيق باستخدام React Native مع Expo لتطبيقات الجوال، وSupabase كقاعدة بيانات PostgreSQL مع اشتراكات فورية للتحديثات المباشرة، وGoogle Maps API للخرائط وتتبع الموقع، وCloudinary لرفع الصور والملفات، وExpo Router للتنقل بين الشاشات، وLottie للرسوم المتحركة.
استغرق تطوير هذا المشروع 6 أشهر من العمل المستمر مع إضافات وتحسينات دورية.
Mataim App - Complete Food Delivery Platform
A comprehensive multi-vendor food delivery platform connecting restaurants, customers, and delivery drivers in one seamless application.
The project consists of four integrated main applications. The Customer Application allows users to browse restaurants and interactive menus, add items to cart with customization options, track orders in real-time on a live map, receive push notifications for order status updates, rate restaurants and past orders, chat directly with restaurants and drivers, and benefit from a loyalty points and rewards system.
The Restaurant Application provides a complete dashboard for incoming order management, updating order status such as preparing, ready, and delivered, managing menus and promotional offers, receiving instant notifications for new orders, chatting with customers and drivers, and accessing sales reports and analytics.
The Driver Application enables receiving delivery requests based on location, updating delivery status such as picked up, en route, and delivered, utilizing integrated GPS location tracking, viewing optimized routes on the map, chatting with restaurants and customers, and calculating daily earnings.
The Admin Dashboard allows managing restaurants, drivers, and customers, implementing a commission system per order, generating advanced performance reports, and managing offers and discounts.
The application was developed using React Native with Expo for mobile apps, Supabase as a PostgreSQL database with real-time subscriptions for live updates, Google Maps API for location tracking, Cloudinary for media uploads, Expo Router for navigation, and Lottie for smooth animations.
The development of this project took 6 months of continuous work with ongoing updates and improvements.
