Griddo is a project focused on recycling palm tree waste and transforming it into sustainable and valuable products. The project aims to reduce environmental waste, promote sustainability, and create innovative solutions using agricultural by-products.

My role in the project was to lead the Market Research and Business Analysis. I conducted comprehensive market research to analyze the industry, identify target customers, and study market demand for recycled palm products. I also performed competitor analysis and evaluated potential market opportunities.

In addition, I contributed to developing the business model, identifying revenue streams, and defining the project's value proposition. The research provided data-driven insights that helped shape the project strategy and support informed decision-making.
