Investigating Netflix Movies

This project explores Netflix movie data to analyze films released during the 1990s. Netflix, which began as a DVD rental service in 1997, has grown into one of the world’s largest entertainment platforms with a vast collection of movies and series.

Using the dataset netflix_data.csv, exploratory data analysis (EDA) was performed to examine movie characteristics such as genre, duration, country of origin, and release year. The goal of the analysis is to better understand trends in 1990s movies and identify patterns that could help a production company specializing in nostalgic content make data-driven decisions.
