Customer Churn Prediction Using Machine Learning

This project is a Machine Learning application designed to predict customer churn.
The system analyzes customer information such as tenure, monthly charges, contract type, payment method, and other attributes to determine whether a customer is likely to leave the service or remain.
The model was trained using historical customer data and deployed as an interactive web application that allows users to input customer details and instantly receive a churn prediction.

في هذا المشروع قمت بتطوير نموذج تعلم آلي للتنبؤ بما إذا كان العميل سيترك الخدمة أم سيستمر فيها، وذلك باستخدام بيانات العملاء مثل مدة الاشتراك، نوع العقد، طريقة الدفع، وقيمة الاشتراك الشهري. تم نشر النموذج كتطبيق تفاعلي باستخدام Streamlit.
