This project develops a production-ready machine learning solution to predict customer churn probability using structured banking customer data. The goal is to identify customers who are likely to leave the bank so that proactive retention strategies can be applied.

The model outputs continuous churn probabilities (0–1), enabling businesses to rank customers by risk and prioritize retention efforts.
