Conference Platform Backend API

A scalable NestJS backend for managing the full conference lifecycle: conference setup, agenda and documents, visitor registration, QR code generation, attendance tracking, sponsor management, dashboards, and multilingual (Arabic/English) operations. It includes secure JWT authentication with role-based access control, async export jobs (Excel/PDF), caching/queues, and production-ready observability endpoints.
