EL OTHAYEM PARK ELLIPSE BUILDING ( E )

قمت بتصميم مبنى استيل بنظام (Pre-Engineered Building – PEB) لصالح Al Othaim Markets ضمن مشروع Al Othaim Park Jubail بالمملكة العربية السعودية. شمل نطاق عملي التحليل الإنشائي، حساب الأحمال (الميتة، الحية، وأحمال الرياح)، تصميم الإطارات الرئيسية والقطاعات الثانوية، وتصميم الوصلات، وذلك طبقاً لاشتراطات Saudi Building Code.

تم تنفيذ التحليل والتصميم باستخدام برامج SAP2000 و IDEA StatiCa و RAM Structural System و CFS لضمان دقة التحليل وكفاءة التصميم وسهولة التنفيذ.

I worked on the structural design of a Pre-Engineered Steel Building (PEB) for Al Othaim Markets as part of the Al Othaim Park Jubail project in Saudi Arabia. My scope included structural analysis, load calculations (dead, live, and wind loads), design of main frames and secondary members, and connection design in full compliance with the Saudi Building Code.

Structural analysis and design were performed using SAP2000, IDEA StatiCa, RAM Structural System, and CFS to ensure accurate analysis, safe design, and efficient construction
